The I-shaped and Z-shaped Adjustment Rods are made of zinc-plated steel and are attached to the Lateral Guide Profile FLOWGUIDE by means of the Clamp Holder Ø12. Mounted on the side of the roller conveyor, this design provides safe guidance of the transported goods and at the same time stabilizes the entire Lateral Guide. This results in a higher overall efficiency and reliability of the conveyor system – and a safe working environment.

The I-shaped Ø12 FLOWGUIDE Adjustment Rod is particularly suitable for applications where the Lateral Guide must withstand stronger impacts. Available in two lengths, the height of the entire Lateral Guide module can be optimally adjusted.
The Z-shaped Ø12 FLOWGUIDE Adjustment Rod allows the Lateral Guide Profiles to be positioned precisely. Turning outwards creates a funnel-shaped Lateral Guide, turning inwards causes it to taper. This means that a wide range of transport unit sizes can be conveyed, making the conveyor system particularly flexible.
With the Clamp Holder Ø12 adjustable for Lateral Guide Profile FLOWGUIDE (Set), the Adjustment Rod is simply clamped to the Lateral Guide Profile FLOWGUIDE. It also holds other 12mm diameter components and parts securely in position. The Lateral Guide Profile, Adjustment Rod, and Clamp Holder form the lateral guide module above the roller conveyor.

The Holder Slot 10 FLOWGUIDE fixed for Conveyor Profile 1 (Set) is suitable if a low side guide height is sufficient. It is screwed into the top of the side profile and clamps the Lateral Guide Profile securely in place. Thanks to the twist-on design, installation on the roller conveyor is completed in seconds – without tools.
The Holder Slot 10 FLOWGUIDE fixed for Conveyor Profile 1, with Reflector (Set) is additionally equipped with a reflector. This component is particularly efficient as it combines two functions - the stable fastening of the side guide and the reflector function.
